About the Space
This purpose built training and event space is large enough to hold between 150 and 168 participants. It is fully furnished and fitted with the right type of equipment to ensure the meeting's success. This large conference room is available for a minimum booking of 3 hours. You'll have use of a fantastic room that combines Japanese hospitality and modern amenities. There's projection equipment, sound system and wireless handheld microphones, whiteboard and markers, flipchart and Wi-Fi access for the speaker or trainer. Coffee, tea and hot and cold water is available from the pantry. If you need to use additional projector and screen as you've got a big audience, there's a minimal charge. Payment Terms
  • Payment (50% of total amount) should be made before the event upon confirmation
  • The balance should be paid on the day of use
  • Price is inclusive of 7% GST
