Sentul is one of the more major towns in Kuala Lumpur where the Malayan Railway Train Depot is. Divided in two sections named Sentul Barat and Sentul Timur (West and East), the town is home to many Hindu temples and even churches as there is a distinct Indian influence stemming from the arrival of Indian workers that worked on the train depot since the time of 1896 when the British founded the Federated Malay States.
