Holding an event for a group of 15 to 20 guests and looking for a nice and affordable space to rent? You've come to the right place as we have just the right events space. If you're holding a meeting, presentation or training, there's a projector that you can use. Wi-Fi connection is available and there are free drinks in the pantry. You can book the space for a minimum of 4 hours or rent it out for the day if you're expecting a long event. It is also available after regular working hours with a slight difference in rental costs, $50/ hour after working hours (6pm onwards). Get in touch with FlySpaces at least 3 days in advance for your booking arrangements.

If you are near Ubi Avenue 1, holding an event in this venue is beneficial because it is accessible and parking spaces are readily available. For commuters, the MacPherson Circle Line is just a few minutes away. There are also establishments in the area that cater to the various needs of people living and working in the district so it is easy to do some last minute shopping.
