This is a flexible and affordable space that allows you to be creative and re-orient their clean space to your liking. It's a space suitable for seminars and still roomy enough for 13 people max (or 20 people in classroom style). The space is appropriate for small to medium events. It comes with a high-quality desk and ergonomic executive chairs, as well as a matching, desk-high lockable cabinet. There's CCTV security and 24/7 fingerprint biometric door access for your safety. The space is provided with fibre network CAT6 with Wi-Fi. You get to share a receptionist in an elegant waiting area.
This meeting / seminar room can be booked with a minimum of 2 hours from 9:00am to 6:00pm.

It is located along King George's Avenue, which is surrounded by traditional rows of shop houses, hotels, old and new building complexes and shopping areas. It's centrally located and is just 7 minutes away from the Lavender MRT Station (green line) within Lavender District. It's just the right address for business start-ups and individuals working on making their own stamp in whatever business they want to pursue.
