This is a new concept in facilitating business protocol without a dedicated office – virtual office spaces. With this system, you can keep your business operation overhead very low, without sacrificing office/business professionalism. Using the host's virtual office space, you'll have the benefit of having a prestigious address to use for your business registration, help with bank introduction, reception service, call and mail handling services, fax handling and call screening. You'll receive assistance on consulting services, avail of discounts in the use of the meeting room, share a pantry, gain access to the reception area, enjoy 1 hour of free use of the sophisticated and spacious lounge area and get to use the one-stop-shop service for free. A water dispenser provides drinking water. The virtual office is open from 9 AM to 6 PM. Additional fees will be charged for dedicated phone number/s, parking lease, overtime use of air conditioner and global IP. Mail shipping fee, fax services and photocopying services are charged minimal fees, as well. A one-time membership fee (equivalent to one month's rent) and monthly association fee will be added to the monthly rental.
